ESPN PAC-12 Blog: Top 10 players on Colorado depth chart

It's a real qualifier, and it's an unfortunate fact. I struggle to see another true P5 starting RB on the team so far, unless, as possible there's one sitting on the bench or is incoming as a new guy. Lindsey has a lot of moxie but he's an FCS player.
Seriously? Lindsay may not be a P5 starting RB, but he's a fine depth/rotational guy and far from an FCS player.

A lot of times, and I'm not saying this is Adkins at all, they get hurt a lot for a reason. Preparation, mentally and physically. You gotta be all in. On the other hand, some guys just get hurt a lot. Point is, it probably happens less the more prepared ur.

Thank you. He's a fine depth/rotational guy at CU who would be an every down player at Northern Colorado or Weber State. Gotta love the effort, the guts, and the locker room presence.

Ok. Just about every back up RB in the P5 would be an every down player at those schools. What's your point?

No point, other than that the CU RB rotation is extremely weak when Adkins is hurt (often). Just saying that Lindsay is an FCS guy as a starter. Adkins gets no love here because he's injured a lot and Lindsay gets a ton. He's from a great local football family; best of luck to him.

Lindsay gets love because he actually plays? Crazy concept.
