Thanks Jens. Guys, let's try to keep this all in one thread if possible.
So, I should start my own thread. Got it.
the celebratory chat is up
You should start a thread that says everything you need to know is in this thread.
Chat still keeping me out.
9news is streaming the presser live also
I keep getting "invalid username or password" when I try to enter the chat... I thought it was open to all, or do I need to be a club member?
Dio says today is an exception.
ill look into it, for live quotes, if you cant watch ... follow ringo and dempsey on twitter ...
Can you try again ?
man I actually DO feel for the guy. I like Dan the Man. I do!
Really classy so far.
man, these are some courageous words from him. Best of luck to you Hawk. I am sorry for my harsh words in the past...
i think he seems relieved its over
You know the thank you's were fine. But holy crap, talk about ego. You just got fired we don't want to hear your extended thoughts on the team. He is posing himself for that D3 job.
Good speech by Hawk. He does sound different than the past few times I've heard him talk. Maybe Jens is right and "relieved" it's all over is what the difference is.
So did he finally take responsibility for the mess he created?
not really but he apologized for not winning enough.
Hawk kept it classy. Thanked just about everyone in the athletic dept.
Give me a break. He could not have done better in that speech.
Bohn saying 800 tickets were sold since Monday.
800 tickets sold since 8 pm last night lol
He shouldn't have made that speech in the first place.
Just got 4!
Bohn concerned that if he has a successful coach that a bigger program might end up stealing him like in basketball
I did not take that from what he said. Good job, Bohn. Reminding fans we need more money (along telling the school to make the football program a priority).
Jesus H. Christ in a chickenbasket. Listening and typing is obviously not my talent.
Bohn got 350 emails after Kansas game that he said were inappropriate
He just got all kinds of heat for not saying anything after the game. He did exactly what he should have done. Thanked people for the opportunity, apologized for not living up to expectations, said the future is bright, and encouraged the team.
