I don't know if they can legally.. but they should strip his F*(king scholarship! But he'll probably just drop out of school anyways. That is ridiculous, and essentially Colorado tax payers and boosters money down the $h!tter...

The business school is trying to change it so you need a 2.25 gpa to be eligible in the business school. I am guessing then if an athlete is in the B School and has below a 2.25 for their business gpa they would be ineligible?

I believe the NCAA set the standards. I think it is a 2.0. If i'm not mistaken don't you get on academic probation from CU if you are under a 2.0?
