Former Buff walk-on QB Seth Lobato starting QB at UNC

Tens of thousands of players draw interest, that doesn't always mean much about the player.

Have never seen someone care so much about a walk on who was very average at a lower level

Have never seen someone argue over the dumbest things as much as you do.

Good for Seth by the way. Hope he is able to make something out of this.

It is comforting to know we can turn away 6'6"/225 athletes because we have so many of those guys up and down the roster.

Cody is a good Buff.

Semper Gumby

Cody is absolutely not to blame for what the decisions his dad made.

He is obviously close to his dad and it is no surprise that he accepted the opportunity to come play for his dad, I'd never blame an 18 yo kid for that.

On the other hand his dad was paid millions of dollars and given the keys a program that had not to many years earlier been a top 25 program. When you have a kid who later is at least noticed by NFL scout who is coming in at his own expense and you chase him away while handing your son the job then you are fair game for criticism.

Dan Hawkins made a lot of mistakes at CU...not giving significant reps to Seth Lobato is way down the list.
