Fowler: CU battled against the much more TALENTED team.

Based on what? Dizon made an impact the day he stepped on campus.. We have no one from this year's recruiting class that has done that..

Forrest West. Rodney Stewart. Both walked in as true Frosh and stand out.

you are the guy that said PSU was better than Iowa......

Look up my post. I said that PSU was a better team but Iowa always gives them fits for whatever reason. If you go back further, you'll see that Iowa was my pick to win the Big 10 this year (my other surprise pick was that Syracuse would get to a bowl and that's looking ok too).

Anyway, I'm not disagreeing that WVU is overall more talented. But the talent advantage vs CU is nowhere near what the guys in the booth made it out to be (and what people here seem to be parroting).

I heard a coach once say that Talent is where Skill and Opportunity meet.

In my mind a player is the skill and the coach has the responsibility of putting them in the right place for opportunity to present itself.

In either case we did not display that we are a Talented team on Thursday night. Most feel it is the coaching that is causing this not the skill of the players, except in a few glaring cases (QB, DT, SS) where both elements are lacking.
