Hoping Bonsu is bigger than that weight there, especially with him telling Adam at rivals a couple weeks ago he was at 300.

Also, got to wonder if Nobriga ends up at DE eventually.

Ussery should be ready to see the field right away.

...and of course Simmons. (Capt. Obvious)

Is it Ussery or Darden that was injured their entire senior year and will probably redshirt?

Darden was injured his entire senior season. Hopefully one of the two freshmen redshirts.

He would (should) be on the 2009 roster because he is a member of the team, he just can't play in games. I'm sure they'll get him up there sooner or later

From the rumors that I have heard, interesting that the Moose chose #15. The Moose is not bashful.

I thought he was going to get #5 for Buffalo Nickel.
Now he's Buffalo Nickel and Dime.

Interesting that Simmons is on there with a #. Hopefully that's a precursor to him being here come August.

Here's the complete roster, not all the walkons have been assigned numbers yet.

    http://www.cubuffs.com/SportSelect.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=600&KEY=&SPID=255&SPSID=3845

Not to make anything of it, but Quentin Hildreth played with the #1 jersey his entire high school career. He has a loooong way to go to earn it at CU, but it's something to shoot for.

Because it appears to be currently up for grabs.

Will the walk-ons actually be assigned jersey numbers?

Would you care to enlighten me since I don't get this at all? Or not. And just leave the dummy (me) in the dark.

Some have nicknamed the new kicker MooseNuckle.
    Others called him Buffalo Nickel.

Both are plays on his long last name.
He most likely got #15 because it's the closest to his HS number, which was #14 - but that was taken by DiLallo.

Truth is, I doubt he asked for any number.
A little research shows he played with #9 and also #8 in soccer, then switched to #22 in soccer, then played wearing #14 in football and #21 in Ultimate frisbee (I think, it's hard to read the jersey). I don't know what number he wore in baseball or basketball.
Oh yeah, he wore #1 when he was a hockey goalie. The Moose isn't superstitious about numbers.
And apparently not particular about which sports he plays.

    This is the guy:
