Friending Prospects on Facebook - Avoid Booster Violations

From a logical standpoint what Tini is doing would not by any measure be consided a problem and as stated is tremendously common these days. That said connecting logic and the NCAA is a huge mistake. They have a long history of irrational responses and penalizing some schools for little things of little or no consequence (training table, extra jacket for kids already in a program) while ignoring solid evidence of real recruiting violations at other schools (houses, cars, jobs, etc.) that did or could have given those schools a real competitive advantage.

Not going to say if I think friending somebody on FB is okay or not but nick's warning about being careful is a good one.
