Corey Higgins had 12 shots, his average. It's not enough. He's got to get more touches and be more aggressive in terms of taking over a game. He doesn't play like he's the man, and he IS the man. On the other hand, Alec Burks is going to be the next man at CU. He is really impressive. Dufault looked good, though his foul trouble cost the Buffs in the second half. Crawford is playing hard, but just isn't that good. Tomlinson managed to miss three important foul shots. Relphorde had two big threes down the stretch but otherwise was a non-factor. This team has good players and they are well-coached. The lack of a true big man hurts, but that isn't going to change. The defense is ok but not great. Bottom line, they've got to shoot well -- including threes -- to win big games.
