That's correct. The "more money" for OU, UT and A&M never happened. As beatmu states, 75% of all conference revenue is split amongst all the conference members equal. The remainder is based entirely on television appearances. So OU/UT/OSU are going to make more money - because they are on TV more than Iowa State, Kansas State, etc.
