I finally figured Bohn out....

    when he said he had a homerun coach hired, he used the wrong metaphor. He meant to say we got a hitting for average coach, what baseball player wouldn't be happy with a .333 average?

    Is Hawkins at a .333 level? Hmmm... and is that the trend? It seems like he started off well but then the opponents have figured him out, and are feeding him a steadier dose of losses.

    Maybe I shouldn't use "feed", "losses" and "Mangino" in the same post. Obvioulsy some of those words don't go well together. Boy, watching Mangino this weekend - he actually gets BIGGER every weekend. He looks in so much agony.

    It was a homerun hire. Bohn just forgot that CU does not have a baseball team.

    When he said Homerun coach, he meant a coach who GIVES UP lots of HR's...
