Improvements to the CECC

Subway is like roaches. kill one, two more appear. no fear there Snow.

i'm not in favor of the wholesale takeover of land....i'm a kind of townie for Boulder and Norman (went to HS there when my mom remarried an OU guy). and i've seen some really ****ed up stuff in Norman to make way for a "tailgate park" that gets used 6-7 times a year and demolished a whole street of older homes where families grew up, lived, died.....now it's fodder for the OU football machine. i don't want to be that.
