Smart observation: He's about as SEC-oriented as they come! Born in Georgia, married to a former UGA women's BB player, played for UGA, coached at UGA and FSU, probably calls his residence "Tara".....absolutely a great choice but he's obviously turned down Auburn and UTenn, so he's just biding his time as the highest paid asst. at 'Bama until either Richt or Saban leave.
