Flacco was a 3 star and Colin K was a 2 star.


It does seem like the stars mean more when it comes to OL and DL.

All Pac-12 list showed many of the OL and DL as 2-3*star guys. Its when physical maturity hits a kid.

Look at photos of many of the 4 & 5* star kids, they look like they're 21-22 years old or older or been shaving for a decade. (Of course in the SEC, that's likely the case, the best 3 years of their lives was 8th grade!)

Most of CU's recruits appear slender and sort of baby-faced, looks like their phyiscal maturity is ahead of them.

It's kind of critical that when we do develop our 2/3 star lineman like D.B. that they don't take off early for the NFL. Side Note: Super excited to land the two extra DB's today. I think that really helps the class at the Safety position.
