NEW ORLEANS – After a dominating performance at NCAA Pre-Nationals on Oct. 18, the University of Colorado men’s cross country team maintained its No. 1 ranking in the USTFCCCA Coaches Poll. The CU women remain seventh for the second straight week.
The CU men again recorded all 12 first-place votes for 360 points. Oregon remained the No. 2 team this week with 340 points, its second straight week at that position. Syracuse moved up from sixth to third with 334 points after winning the Wisconsin Invitational last weekend. Oklahoma State remained fourth overall in the poll with 329 points and Iona moved up nine positions from 14[SUP]th[/SUP] last week, to fifth this week (314 points).
