More full rides for XC with new Pac-12 money?

From what i remember, cross country has very few, if any, full schollies. I think most are 60%. Anyone have any info on if we will be able to add some more full rides with more money coming in? It would make us even more competitive nationally.
 
How many do we have on a squad and how many are on scholarship?

The NCAA allows each division I track and field-cross country program 12.69 scholarships for men and 18 for women.
