Mr. Jones. We got a thing goin' on?

A couple of weeks ago, there were reports that Mister Jones was re-thinking his oral commitment to CU. I wonder if he was in Boulder last Saturday night. If so, maybe he's feeling a little better about the program. The atmosphere v. KU was about as good as it gets -- perfect weather; exciting game; Ralphie almost got loose on the second half run; student section going nuts; great finish.

Has anyone heard anything new from/about MJ?

Here's an article from yesterday's DP. It doesn't specifically say if he was at Sat's game, but it sounds like he enjoyed watching it;

Jones said Colorado is a "dream school" for him. He said he got a kick out of Colorado's upset last week of Kansas last Saturday, considering a Jayhawks' coach told him before the game he was about to see why Kansas would be a better choice.
He envisions playing running back for the Buffs and breaking off the kind of long runs that brings fans to their feet.

Mister Jones might be one of the best recruits and worse for sacky.

Whats the over/under on counting crows references when the buffs are on tv the next 5 years?

Ha glad to see that blow up in his Mangino's face. Jones will feel much safer here at Colorado not having to worry about being eaten by the coach.

The old time alumni I sit next to at Folsum, say he's a solid commit.
