Old fashioned defensive war between ND and Nebraska. Almost forgot about the whole halftime thing, or I probably would've lost; would've punted on his 40 until I looked at the clock, lead to a score to take the halftime lead. Lulled him to sleep with my ground and pound only to catch him late in the 3rd for a 48-yd lightning strike followed by the eventual winning score. Wasn't pretty, but I'll take it.

Bounced back with a blowout of #3 Auburn. Crushed um. They were driving early for a TD but I forced the QB into a bad throw and ran it back in a heisman moment. NEver looked back.

I think I beat BC like 51-14. I fumbled twice in the endzone. I really like my team. Tajh Boyd is mobile and accurate, he went for over 300 yards. Too bad my recruiting is atrocious right now. I'm gonna have to rely on good offseason recruiting

Ok. St. beat Kansas 47-21. Blackmon is unstoppable (5-300-2). My run game is very hot/cold. Recruiting going OK, but my OLine is going to need alot of help next year and I'm missing out on seemingly all of my OLine prospects. Definitely competing with a few of you for some 4*s (Arky, VA Tech, AZ St.)

    Big recruiting week for me.

I won 5 - 0. Offense is not my strong suit.

. What passing plays do you run? is it always 4 or 5 wide or do you ever pass out of a 2 WR set?

I run all kinds of stuff. The only passing plays that seem to work fairly consistently are screen passes, but i get sacked on about 1 out of every 4 I try.

hmmm. I suggest simplifying your passing offense to start. I often have my most consistent plays out of 2 (rarely 3) WR sets. a twin formation is great for telling you what the D is doing, and you only have 1 or 2 reads. If its a 3 WR set, you can usually tell what they are running as well, and if they have come out in a 4-3 instead of a nickel, take advantage of the mismatch.

General rule of thumb: The more complicated the route, the less likely it is to work in the game. I think 90% of what I run is slants and go routes. Another 5 % is based on simple curl's, and the rest go into some combination of square in's and posts.

I tried to resave but it didn't work. I think you might need to rename the playbook and resave.

    Full Patch Details

Injuries are definitely still there, but probably not as prevalent overall.

Other post-patch issues (gleaned from my experiences and some forum research):
-no-huddle is broken (e.g. when I'm in Shotgun, I'll do no-hudddle and the next formation to choose from is not shotgun, it's Hail Mary)
-game will freeze sometimes (happened to me only once so far, during a ranked match - read the thread linked below and some people are freezing all the time)
    -CPU is better all around
-I usually hit "Y" to bring up special teams, but now if I just forced a punt and hit Y I only get about 3 punt plays, all block-types. I have to Ask Coach to get normal punt return.
-I've had some DBs simply freeze in their tracks on certain plays, as if they're trying to read something
-I haven't played with the Option much, but I think it's working a little better
    -I've seen some new animations.

    Big thread on it here.

For now I'm hesitant to put them back on - if you read thru those forums there are still people losing QB, RB x2, etc. in the same game. I'd like some more data before I turn them on.
