I can't do it tonight. Tomorrow night would probably be a fine option for getting my ass kicked, any time after 6pm Denver time.

Boise over Bama 31 - 21. Injuries had me scared. My RB, QB, and SS all sustained injuries.

Oh, and I fumbled while trying to run out the clock at the Bama 20 or so. But then I got two sacks (the second of which was a ****ing safety, but I got royally screwed). I should be #2 or #3. Woot.

    Ready for next season.

    UNC-18
    AF-3

My defense is still insanely good. A couple TO's by Yates didn't help but I should have won by more. I can't wait for next season

Looks like you were losing 7-3 in the 3rd, then you were up 10-7 until the last minute, 18-7 final...

Arkansas is your BCS mythical National Champion. In a dream season for the hogs, Arkansas goes 14 and 0, winning their final game 49-17.

Arkansas started slow when mallet overthrew an open receiver on 3d and medium on the first series, but they got the ball right back on the next play when the punt returner failed to call for a fair catch and got hit sticked and dropped the ball. Arkansas scored a few plays later to make it 7-0. However, a blown coverage and a scary efficient pitt offense quickly made it 7-7. Unfortunately for Pitt, that was the last time the game would be tied. Arkansas ground out a 14 play drive to go up 14-7, forced a 3 and out, and promptly scored again. Pitt would get a 1st and goal at the 1, but was unable to punch it in and was forced to go into halftime down 21-10. The 2d half was a tail of turnovers. On the kickoff, the Arkansas D took a gamble and went for the strip. They got it. They quickly scored to make it 28 to 10 and the route was on. After a 3 and out and another TD on a play action, Pitt did score again. That was to be their last score.

Arky nearly got stopped on the next drive, but greg childs (THE BEST MOTHER****ING RECEIVER IN THE NATION) caught a desperation long ball against single safety coverage on a blitz on 3d and long. he promptly took it to the house. After that, desperation dictated Pitt's actions and a few more turnovers occurred.

Stats: Arkansas 430 yards of offense, Pitt 317. Arkansas 190 yards rushing and 1 TD on 27 carries, Pitt 12 for 51 and no Tds. Pitt had 266 yards of passing to Arkansas's 240, but Mallet had 6 Tds to no picks while Pitt had 2 Tds to 1 pick. The keys to the game: Arkansas 70 % 3d down conversion rate, pitt 40. Pitt 4 turnovers, Arky 0.

Season in review: Arkansas's coach won coach of the year :smile2:, and they had two members of their team take home awards while their RS JR QB was 4th in Heisman voting. They only won by less than 2 touchdowns or more once, in a midseason scare at Ole Miss. No human came closer than 14 points. This team will probably go down as the most dominant National Champion in history.

Their offense came in 9th overall in yards, 7th in passing and 10th in rushing. But what really defined this young offense was efficiency. They were 2d in ppg behind Wisconsin (who they beat by 14 points and held to their lowest output of hte season), and for the season had a ludicrous 58% conversion rate on 3d down, a good six points ahead of anyone else in the nation. The defense was solid, but not exceptional. It did have two shutouts, but it gave up yards. It bent, but did not break. Where it was exceptional was in takeawayas, leading the nation in fumble recoveries due to its penchant for big hits and stripping the ball in key moments.

On the more serious side, it was a GG. Soldier was a solid opponnent who got a series of bad breaks. Granted, the early ones (fumbles) were both caused by me going for the turnover, but they were gambles that worked. SOmetimes they don't. On offense, I couldn't figure him out until late in the 4th. Man knows how to run a screen game. Drove me nuts!

Just so everyone knows, Arkansas is who we thought they were. Snow played a good game. I was able to figure the offense out, but I couldn't do anything about it. My frustration took hold late in the game when I just wanted the game to mercifully end. 3 fumbles and a pick doomed the game to be a blowout. Good to know that Snow was going for those...sadly I was trying to defend against the turnovers. Couldn't buy a single ****ing break. It is a huge challenge to play Snow when he gets that offense clicking.

At least I knew it was coming, so the ass kicking wasn't a shock. If you'd like to relive all of my turnover glory, I've uploaded all four of them for your enjoyment.

Congrats to Arky on the national championship. Enjoy it!

Ya, you had one play where you guessed the complete right play I was running and right sticked your D to cover run left... I got the ball in the backfield and promptly just cut it back to the right and went for like 10 yards. The game hated you. I haven't had nearly as much trouble with my O against anyone else. Mallet had by far his worst game against a human this season against you.

    Rose Bowl

    Wisconsin 24 Stanford 18

A nearly quarter-long TD drive that ended with Wisconsin going up 21-10 and only 1:28 remaining (and included a 4th and 2 at my own 38) was pretty much the difference in the game. Once again, FightCU won the turnover battle, but only 1-0 (cost me at least 3 pts right before halftime). Once again, FightCU shut down my passing game (I was 4-20 in 1st meeting, 3-8 in Bowl). Once again, I was impotent on 3rd down (1-7 in 1st meeting, 1-5 in Bowl). However, once again my run game did all of the work, as Heisman winner John Clay went 18 carries, 197 yds with 3 TDs. I was able to stop FightCU's run game (-26 yds) and forced a few punts, otherwise Andrew Luck is damn hard to stop. Both teams were managing the clock, as there were only 76 total plays the entire game (I only had 36). Stanford finished with the #1 scoring defense, #1 passing defense, and #1 turnovers forced (in Dynasty).

I got a little scare when my game froze during postgame, but it looks like the results stuck. My highlights didn't upload.

Season In Review: Wisconsin matriculated the ball down the field in 2010, to the tune of 501.3 yards per game (Arky 2nd in Dynasty at 396.6), only behind Texas Tech, and led the nation in scoring at 49.5 ppg. All RB John Clay did was run for 2,603 and 36 TDs, and added 30 catches for 634 yds and 8 TDs. When one combines my QBs and backup RBs, they threw in an additional 1,016 yds rushing. The season was lost when I shat my pants against SnowBuff and FightCU early on. Highlight of season: 65-10 over Ohio State, who only mustered a defensive TD. I'll either finish #2 or #3 (if I don't jump Boise, who I beat 38-8). Will JR John Clay jump pro?

Both fumbles on special teams looked iffy, especially the one on the punt - I would have challenged

shhh. hit stick and ripped! Definitely would have been a lot closer without those 2. Maybe close enough to flip.

I actually paused and went looking for a challenge on both of those, but the option wasn't available. Those were close to "throw the controller across the room" moments.

Usually its under coaching or something... And ya, when you paused, I definitely had a chuckle because I knew exactly what you were doing. I thought the first one was a little questionable, but was pretty sure the 2d one came out on time given the timing of the animation.

I thought it was under strategy. Oh well, the game was totally out of hand at that point anyway.

the 2d special teams one came on the first play of the 2d half... but ya, you are right, strategy. it didn't show up? Usually once you look at a replay, it doesn't let you challenge the call. Or at least, thats how it worked last year. So I never even check any more.

Lots of defense and my defense took out Jacory Harris. Miami had one good drive and ASU scored on the next possession with a 50-yard or so TD. Not much else to say, other than I was surprised at how slow Miami was. Oh well, I was glad to finish above .500 on the year and the Sun Bowl win is a step in the right direction for a rebuilding program.
