    Week 11 Matchups

    Wisconsin (6-4, 3-4) (CPU)
    #3 South Florida (11-0, 7-0) (CUwhit21 - CUwhit21)
USF will be scoreboard watching for Florida and Texas results. This is the last opportunity for the Bulls to impress. Big 10 Championship clinched.
    #4 NC State (9-1, 7-0) (NevrSummer - SnowBuff)
    BYE
NC State hosts the Vols and Cal to finish the year as Pac 10 Champions.
    #6 Georgia Tech (8-2, 6-1) (Bradical28 - BuffNut99)
    Clemson (4-7, 2-5) (CPU)
Tech in line for at-large BCS bid; Clemson in line for sodomy.
    #14 Arizona State (8-2, 5-2) (CPU)
    UCLA (7-3, 4-3) (rebel1414 - rebel1414)
The Bruins are cursing the gods of EA servers for spoiling their upset of NC State. Small consolation, but here's another opportunity.
    Nebraska (4-5, 2-4) (Darveaux - Kameltosis)
    #15 Iowa (8-3, 5-2) (CU Buffs FTW - sliderNcider)
Iowa still has alot to play for, and an impressive win here could leap them into Top 10 again. Slider to take extra delight in this one.
    Oregon (4-6, 1-6) (CPU)
    Arizona (5-4, 2-4) (VonSnoot - VonSnoot)
This may be Zona's best chance to get to 6 wins with Arizona St. and USC looming.
    Cal (4-5, 3-4) (CPU)
    Virginia Tech
    (3-7, 3-5) (chefBCS85 - buff4bcs1985)
V Tech has a huge recruiting weekend with 8 visitors. A strong class for next year would help redeem this season.
    Oregon State (3-7, 3-4) (NMBuff - NMBuff)
    Tennessee (2-8, 2-5) (CPU)
Beavers visit Vols before Civil War vs. the Ducks in two weeks.
    Ohio State (7-4, 3-4) (CPU)
    Michigan (5-6, 2-5)
    (DocRowe - BuffTuba)
Our Dynasty Game of the Week: Michigan can still get bowling with a win in this huge rivalry game.

    BCS Rankings

    #1 Florida 1.000
    #2 Texas .994
    #3 South Florida .989
    #4 NC State .983
    #5 Georgia Tech .972
    #6 Oklahoma State .972
    #7 Ole Miss .970
    #8 West Virginia .955
    #9 North Carolina .953
    #10 Vanderbilt .950

    #14 Iowa .921
#24 Colorado .821 (Buffs were #12 until losing to Iowa State...)

Is there a way we can see our full schedule? I haven't looked.

Not online, only in the game, under Weekly Schedule. You play Tennessee, then Oregon (the aforementioned Civil War). Do you know if you're going to lose your awesome RB (Jaquizz Rodgers) after this season?

If one of Texas/Florida loses and Snowbuff jumps me, I'll be pissed haha.

Texas plays Kansas and A&M, who are both ranked, and has the Big XII Championship.. most likely against Kansas. Come on Jayhawks!!

By the way, I beat Wisconsin 49-6. Grothe had two of those interceptions where he is hit right when he throws the ball and it flutters to a defensive lineman. Can't stand those..

I also just realized the dynasty simulated me and Slider's game (similar to rebel/snowbuff's game), but I still won.

That actually would be pretty sweet.

If neither one of us get into the championship game, it looks like we could meet in the Rose Bowl (Traditionally Pac 10, Big Ten champs). Or is the Rose Bowl the national title? I'm confused.

think its the title. We could get that rematch after all depending on what happens with those rascally BCS selection committees!... i feel real bad about getting that extra win tho.

Playing my ex's team and then a rivalry game. Bring it!

Rodgers is a true sophomore, if I remember correctly. He's been out for a while due to the game where I had 3 RBs get injured. I'm on a 4th string RB now, but I'm running the ball really well still. He may bolt after next season though.

NMBuff - did you know I was drunk as **** in that game? Cause you had burn clock on the whole 2d half even though you were only down by 14. Thanks for your consideration of my drinking

If he's missed time and hasn't accumulated alot of stats, then he'll stick around. I'm playing Jonathan Dwyer (JR RB stud) conservatively down the stretch in hopes that he stays next season (he has about 900 yards right now)... Players definitely bolt more often in this year's game than previous ones.

Nah, I couldn't stop your passing attack and you were picking apart my secondary when I was in both man or zone (or a mix). My blitz packages weren't working well either as you were picking them up or finding the open guy. Since I throw a lot of picks I knew I was totally outclassed and couldn't keep up the arms race. Without my starting RB and without a good enough passing attack (my WRs easily dropped 4-5 really good passes) I was just trying to end the game.

The pistol and 2 set back O that you run is difficult to stop. My DL is good, but containment to the outside is tough unless you have good safeties or fast LBs (neither of which I have).

I think that's a problem I'm going to have for a while then. I try and have a run-first offensive gameplan. It doesn't work out too well against human opponents, unless I'm playing the computer, so in every dynasty I've ever had my RBs bolt (some Rs-Soph). It's frustrating to have an 800+ yard rusher leave...but luckily I fill the cupboard with RBs so I'm never down and out.

    (posting on behalf of VonSnoot)

    Arizona 20, Oregon 17

"HUGE win, 20-17... it was nationally televised and i had 19 recruits
    visiting (most of them bums).

First drive, they march down, and he throws a pick in the end zone that
is nullified by a roughing the passer call (the first one i've gotten in
weeks). A few plays later, they score. I had three first-half drives
that all ended around his 20- or 30-, and went 2-for-3 on FG's. So I was
    losing at halftime 7-6.

My defense made some big stops, esp. after an INT I threw late in the
3rd, but he went for -- and made with room to spare -- a 56-yard FG to
    go up 10-6. On the next drive I threw a pass to my RB (second-stringer;
Grigsby got hurt on the third play of the game) who fumbled, giving them
the ball at my 20. He threw a TD pass two plays later. But wait.
There's a flag on the play. Holding. Very next play, he options right.
I'm a linebacker and start making tracks for the HB, as does my SS, who
picks off the pitch and goes 85 yards for the score. I'm up 13-10 with
    about 4:00 to go.

He MARCHES down the field in five plays, shredding me to pieces. 17-13.
I get the ball back with 3:20 or so.

And then finally the computer -- who till now had completely shut down
my running game -- plays a nickel or something and my runners start
getting 4, 5, yards a play. Throw in a couple of quick-hitting passes
(converting a pair of third-and-fives) and I'm on his 25. Handoff to my
RB -- and he fumbles.... only to have my stud FB scoop it up and get to
the 12. Four plays later I score with :19 left. Ball game."

Pistol FTW! Its really unlucky for you man. You are the only human I have played with my starting QB. It was night and day offensively for me. I don't remember the defensive stuff at all tho. I guess I was a drunk savant :smile2:

    GA Tech 42, Clemson 14

Take away one long TD pass and Clemson had about 65 yards of offense. 3rd string RB Emory Peeples ran for 108 yds. First downs GT 23; Clemson 2.
