very good team, very good
I wouldn't exactly hand them the Texas game, but today's result did surprise me quite a bit.
How can you tell? They haven't played anyone good yet. I still think they have 1 to maybe 3 losses before playing Colorado.
I was gonna ask you tomorrow what you thought about the game, after you were pretty outspoken of a Washington victory.
Husky stadium was pretty insane today, and Martinez handled it like a Senior. Texas game is still going to be VERY tough, cant wait tho.
I have been high on Nebraska all along, I just thought Washington was better than that. Thank god you have a good team to fall back on when your true school sucks balls.
True dat, but to be fair Ive been a Husker fan far longer :smile2:
You know the Colorado plate on huskerpedia, "NU Owns colorado". I am gulp...friends with that ****er and he texted me throughout the game with husker updates. Annoying assclown!
So I texted back how I didn't think CU would win another game all year, that was in the first half. When it looked like the game was ours I texted back, "Holy ****, we're gonna win!"
And I'm drunk, why am I telling you this?
because. you think we care.
I care, I care about you!
damn. this is getting gross.
and i do you, leash.
 Leash in rare form this evening.
I would love to have a Bama/fuskers matchup for something important. We owe them sumbitches something.
I haven't been buying Nebraska so far but today was impressive. They still need to play somebody though. I think Hawai'i is more competitive than Washington at the moment.
There is somewhat of a golden rule in football: freshman (or rookie) QBs get exposed sooner or later. I think that QuikieMart or whatever the frak they're calling him will be sh1tting his pants come conference play.
UW may not be the toughest of opponents but they're certainly a decent team and it's impressive to win by that margin in Husky Stadium.
Nebraska will definitely be undefeated when playing in the Big XII title game. They have a very good shot at winning that and playing for the MNC after....
The Huskies are as good as any non-Nebraska BigXII north team right now.
Nebraska will leave the Mac X on a very, very high note. And they should. F*** the Mac X.
The spread was only 3. Apparently vegas had some respect for the huskies. Not looking forward to facing the nubs this year. I hope the rest of the coneference beats them up pretty good before we see them.
Night and day difference in the offense from last season. With the way Mizzou hiccuped through their game today it may be a slaughter through the Big 12 North for the Corn. No matter how I may wish against that.
Bite me and we'll deal with them in November.
I think NU will face a tough test in Stillwater on Oct. 23rd. OSU's offense looks great and the Weeden kid is accurate and they're putting up a ton of yards. That's going to be a trap game for them, squeezed between the Texas and Missouri games.
OSU looks much tougher than I thought they would be at the beginning of the season, but what in the hell happened last week???
Are they the best team in the b xii north? Probably.
Is washington really overrated? Yes.
I don't know, probably a combination of nub being good and J Locker completely sucks. 4 - 20 71yds and he was a preseason heisman hopeful. Wasn't there also talk of him being drafted ahead of Bradford if he came out.
Totally agree with this. We always seem to have problems with OSU and never have good luck down there. If we lose to Texass I think the team comes out pissed off with a chip on their shoulder and knocks them the hell out. IF we beat Texass, they're going to have to be careful to not get cocky and think their badass.
