Coach Hawk,

Here is how you use Player groups, feel free to use it and I will wave any consulting fees.

Group 1:

Starters - The best, most physically talented players that perform best DURING THE GAME. This group is designed to cause the best match ups against Big 12 Competition (even if we are not playing Big 12 talent) These players play a majority of the game (unless the finish there job quickly)

Group 2:

Subs - Individuals that are nearly as talented as those in Group 1 that can fill in when players from Group 1 gets tired or injured.

Group 3:

2nd String: Players that play when the game is over but there is time left on the clock.

Group 4:

3rd String: Players that play after Group 3 puts 14 more points on the opponent

Any Questions?

Well against CSU and Toledo the game was pretty much over when we stepped on the field, so maybe starting with Group 3 was the right thing to do afterall. Sorry if I ever doubted you coach.
