I don't ever see Nub stuff on Castle Rock. Ever. I see quite a bit when driving 225 and I-70 out by Aurora.

I see Buffs plates all the time down south though. HR and CR.
 
Northern Colorado is the worst for the Husker stuff, but it's still not terribly bad. When I travel between Denver and Fort Collins, I still see more CU and CSU stuff than Husker stuff.

Now, drive along I-76 past Brighton and it's game over. **** them. If I didn't actually live within the confines of Weld County, I'd have been all for those jackasses hitting the road.
