Official Games Thread/Roll Call - CU vs Arizona State

Tomlinson for 3 to start...gonna need some more of that to beat this zone

Edit: 5-3 Buffs, 15:44

Buffs with the early lead, 10-3. Tomlinson with 5 already

ASU clearly missing Lockett right now, but this is their deliberate style of play.

Edit: 14-3 Buffs

31-15 at halftime. Pretty bad last couple minutes by the Buffs, but ASU wasn't able to take advantage and get back in it

Solid half by Tomlinson with 8, Dufault with 7.

Now a technical on Cain of ASU...third ASU technical of the half..

Big Ben Mills enters the game, as do Beau Webb and Trey Eckloff.

12-6 (4-2). Nice win that keeps us right within striking distance near the top of the Pac.

Scoring was extremely evenly spread out tonight. Another solid effort from Andre with the double-double (12pts, 10reb). Dufault had a nice game with 11pts 5reb. Booker had 11. Tough night shooting the ball for Dinwiddie (3/9), but he was still able to manage 12pts. Tomlinson had a nice game with 8 pts. Adams had 7, SHT had 5. Carlon only had 2pts and no fg's. Oh and Ben Mills had 1pt baby!!

Solid effort overall. Buffs won the rebounding battle 28-21, made 80% of FT's, shot 49% overall. We just continue to struggle from the bonusphere, only shooting 21%.

*Extra shoutout to the radio guys for giving the 'Hoos some much deserved props in their destruction of GT in Atlanta tonight in what is turning into a very nice season.

Buffs win and now sit at 4-2. Nice job. Thought we'd score more points at home, going to need a better offensive effort vs the wildcats.

Buffs were in total control tonight.

1st half defense was exceptional.

We owned the glass.

Our interior passing and post play (Dufault) is going to make us a dangerous team if it continues.

I didn't think this was a team that could dominate a game without Carlon scoring and being cold from 3 pt range (3/14, I think). We've got a chance to be a good team, not great. But good is enough to give us a chance to get hot at the right time in this year's Pac-12 and steal a tourney bid.

Highlights on the front page

The dunk play starts at about 2:37 into that highlight video.

The steal and pass from the floor by Nate that winds up in a dunk at about the 2:00 minute mark doesn't suck either.
