Georgetown got by Princeton by 2 about 25 years ago and KU trailed for much of a game against Holy Cross but I don't believe either of those 2 went to OT.

Can't confirm, but Michigan State was pushed to OT in 1990 by Murray St. (wikipedia)

50-49 was the Gtown princeton score in 89. Thought Mourning fouled Princeton player too.
