Absolutely, as long as the game is still at the Cotton Bowl. Especially the whole atmosphere with it being at the state fair.

with the exception of the one in Lincoln, Cotton Bowl has a pretty strong Stalinist look to it.

Kyle Field is of the same ilk. Nice first drive by the Sooners.

OU will blitz more in the first half than we have all season.

Inspired playcalling by Greg Davis on that first drive.

OU acting like they think they can run the ball right at UT. UCLA did it.

It might help the UT defense if their offense could do something. Anything. A first down, maybe even two.

It's a cool experience. I hate UT and OU but have a family full of UT fans.

The sideline shots of Texas show a group of coaches who have no idea what's going on.

I'd be even happier if Texas hadn't pulled off that 60 yard run.

Texas doesn't know what is hitting them. 21-7 at half. Can they come back and win this thing.

    Hope not!

Finally made it back to Austin. I am still surprised how loud the cotton bowl gets during that game, 100 times louder than any other stadium I've been in. It only holds mid 95,000 or something but with the double bowls its incredible.

Interesting weekend though. Lost my phone friday night, lost my friends at the cotton bowl (i had good seats, they were upper deck), then fell down during the game, scraped up my knee, and was escorted off the fair grounds buy some not so friendly officers (but released luckily). Slept in the back of my car last night after the cab took me back to my friends apartment in downtown dallas but couldn't get inside. Ended up killing the battery in my car cause i had the fan on. Woke up the middle of the night to someone banging on my window, scared the **** out of me. Eventually my friend answered his phone, and let me in. However, after a trip to the verizon store and a battery jump we are back up and running.

    I'm never drinking again.

    Go Buffs.
