Haven't seen it noted here but former Buff assistant coach John Wristen who also has a number of other Buffs on his staff just completed another excellent year.

They lost today to multiple time D2 national champ Grand Valley State 34-30 after winning all 11 prior games this season.

Not the ending they wanted but worthy of note.

Their roster is made up mostly of Colorado HS kids and includes DeVaughn Thornton and some other Colorado kids who have transfered in after trying it at higher level programs.

As a Fort Lewis alumnus, I don't really want to see CSU-Pueblo do well... but I guess if recruits see the RMAC as a place where serious football is played that's for the best.
