QB schollies - are they wasted on backups?

I really hope neither Dillon nor Liufau are our starters next year. If they are that means that all our QB recruits from before aren't really that good. This is especially true if Liufau is the starter.

The QBs we have now are great Student Athletes; however being a backup QB can't hurt the program, we must play the best player in order to turn the program back to it's glory ways. So if a RS-Fresh/True Fresh start next year so be it. Here is what one of the local media said about Sefo if you have not read it;

If the freshman are the best then play them, but that usually says something bad about your team when a freshman QB starts.

You only have 1 year when you start grad school. His eligibility will expire at the end of the year anyway.

You sure? pretty sure he's only a Junior so he should have 2 years of eligibility remaining.

I am almost 100% certain you are correct. The rule allows a player to use any unused eligibility at his new school. Since Webb graduated early and took a RS year he has two years of unused eligibility, now one after this year.

There is a 5-year eligibility clock. A player does not get penalized for graduating early. This is the 4th year on Webb's clock.

:bang:

Wow, I thought Webb was going to be a stop-gap like the Wiscy QBs of late. I'm worried about our coaching staff.
