It would be funny to merge the boards for a number of teams: CU, USC, Cal, Texas, Tennessee, etc. All of the posts are the same. Let's hire Gruden, Saban, Lombardi, etc.
You can also categorize the criticism of the coaching. Probably a list of 5-10 would cover 90% of the posts. Would be easier to just select a pre-written post and fill in the blank.

Because its worked so badly at USC and UCLA? I agree that you need a guy with the right sort of charismatic personality to make it work, but when you hit it seems to work well. I actually like both of the Bronco's coordinators. Del Rio has a ton of experience and is a great defensive coach. McCoy has shown a lot of ability to adapt an offense to the talent and abilities that he has available.
The trouble you run into with NFL coaches, is: 1) whether they can effectively teach a college offense to kids who are not veterans being paid to do a job, and 2) whether they have the desire and temperament to effectively recruit high school kids. It can be a difficult adjustment going from being the head of an organization of men who are professionals at the sport to playing Xbox with a 17 year old and telling his mother the nasty pile of **** she put in front of you is the best chipped beef you've ever eaten. You have to have the right kind of ego and temperamen to recruit and coach college kids. Some can do it, but it's not easy.
