Saturday Games

Gotta admit, this is one of the best football games I have seen all year.

That ND receiver looked like he'd never run a pick play before. You've got to sell it better than that. Good call by the ref. You have to make that call (most refs don't have the guts). But that WR completely ****ed up the game deciding play.

A buffs fan admitting a ref made a good call.

Jimbo talking about what a great group of high-character guys they are, off the field and in the classroom. He didn't even blink! It was amazing!

His benchmarks are his years spent at Auburn and LSU.

We might as well cheer for the sheep to win out - the sooner they loose Sparkles, the sooner their football program falls back to earth (from the edge of a nickel). You are witnessing their last good coach....

Yeah right we already are willing to pay the most in the MW for a coach, nothing will change if Coach Mac moves on. Which won't be for at least 2 more years

Man watching that game is depressing when you remember what it was like to watch good football. Even the camera work from the ESPN crew is so much better than what we are subjected to when always relegated to the P12 Network. Granted that was ESPN's 'A' production team.

The dolden gomers can go straight to hades. Good to see a referee with the juevos to make the right call.

I'm no fsu fan but if they keep rolling it will lessen the chance of 2 $ec teams making the 4 team playoff.

Do you think a Pac 12 team will make the playoff?

There was good news then bad news on that front - the likelihood of a Big 12 team in the playoff went way down today, but then neither Florida State nor Notre Dame were eliminated tonight. As a matter of fact, if ND wins out, they stamped their ticket to the playoff tonight.

I just took a look at the Mizzou-Florida box score.

42-13 Mizzou with their QB going 6/18 for 20 yards, 0 TDs, 1 INT.

Not often you can give up 42 points and say that your defense delivered a dominant performance. But when your offense turns the ball over 6 times (2 returned for TDs) and your special teams gives up 2 return TDs... well, it kind of doesn't matter how well your defense plays.

Will Muschamp is an extremely gifted defensive coordinator. Looks like that's what he should stick to.

What sucks is that it probably wasn't going to affect the play.

I'm no Domer fan - my biggest regret is that no missiles hit the stadium, but it was unfortunate to see a game that great end on such a down note.

BTW - if a missile had hit the stadium, there would have been 80k+ less tomahawk chopping mongoloids running around. Double win.

Missouri scoring:

Opening kickoff return TD.

Driskel fumble, Mizzou takes over at UF 25, TD.

Mizzou actual drive, TD.

Mizzou interception, FG.

Mizzou punt return, TD

Mizzou scoop and score off fumble, TD

Mizzou pick 6, TD

Don't they just need to fire Muschamp on Monday?

Arizona State is impressive so far tonight. 14-3 on Stanford in the 3rd quarter.

Could it be that their defense is coming together? Because if it does they could run the table with that offense. Only blemish on the record is the night Hundley went hamf on them in the first game playing their backup QB.

If they win tonight, voters probably need to move them up to around #10.
