I'm not really sure how to react to this.

On this morning's first take good ole Skip said that the Buffs were WAY underrated and would likely win 9 games.

On one hand, I love to hear anything good said about the Buffs! :smile2:

On the other hand, Skip Bayless said something good about a team from Colorado. Is something bad about to happen, could this really be the end of the world?

That budweiser hotseat bull**** with him and Mike has to be the ****tiest minute of TV ever.

But some people respect him, so any good thing he says about the Buffs can't fall on too many deaf ears.

He also likes the Rockies in 6 :)

Its close to the ****tiest, but that title would go to Holtz's locker room pep talk.

They need to get the guy that narrated 'The Twilight Zone' to introduce that segment.

Can't we grant him, say, a one month reprieve for saying nice things about the Buffs? :smile2:

Skip Bayless is by far in my opinion one of the most respected and knowledgeable sports personalities/columnists in the country.. The difference between him and a lot of the others like the Lupica's, Ryan's, Kornheiser's, Paige's etc, etc is that HE ACTUALLY watches the games and knows about all the teams and players.. If most of the sports columnists actually had the same work ethic as Skip, they actually might know what they are talking about half of the time..

Woody's two some years on the show battling Skip showed how superior Skip is in knowledge of sports and how ****ing stupid Woody Paige is..(although I actually didn't need Skip pounding him to know that Woody was a ****ing idiot and a sorry excuse for being sportswriter.. I knew that long ago..)

Skip also said Hawkins is underrated as a coach, the defense is underrated and Little Hawk is underrated...

    Skip knows his stuff..

And the clown they had on today against Skip talking about Glen Dorsey for Heisman.. Did the guy even watch the LSU/UF game? Dorsey was being blocked easily the whole game. Just because he has talent and will be a Top 5 pick doesn't mean he should win the Heisman.. He didn't dominate the UF game, so he can't be in the running at this time.. Frickin moron...I'm waiting for ESPN to put on ****ing Kiszla against Skip.. :sad2:

Just because he got a prediction wrong doesn't mean he is an idiot.. Heck he predicted a SAints/Broncos Super Bowl too before the regular season..

He did predict the Rockies to win the wildcard before the final weekend..

Anyone who picks the team that they root for to win a series, going on the road, down 0-2, is an idot, and a homer.
