We're going to need some continuity... so who does the next coach keep?

I doubt any stay. That model really hasn't worked here. It's time for a new start and one thing I hope the next head coach can bring is a top coordinator (for the other side of the ball) and assistants that have some experience up and down.

Probably none. As position coaches, I like McGhee, Tui, Bienemy and am warming up to Marshall...his group is the only one that showed the most improvement. Kennedy, Brookardt, Sherer, Cabral, Brown...position coaches showing no improvement.
