Some of the debates

-Make freshmen ineligle to play
-Not allow players to leave early for NFL
-Cancel Spring practice
-Adopt a playoff system
-reduce on-campus recruiting visits

In Nebraska's article

"The Cornhuskers appear to be loaded for a schedule that, like last season's, shouldn't offer much challenge until the end."

In Colorado's artcile

"Bad news for Colorado foes. With Alfred Williams and three other All-American's returning, Colorado appears to be poised for a return to the Orange Bowl."

And in Colorado's commits going into that season, it lists LB DeShannon Campbell from Houston, Texas as the #1 LB from the state of Texas as a CU signee. Does anyone know why he never panned out here? Not qualify or what?

According to the 1992 and 1993 CU media guides ...
1990: Did not meet Prop 48 requirements. Worked instead of enrolling in school.
1991: Saw action in three games. In for 46 plays - one tackle and one pass deflection.
1992: Moved to nose tackle during spring practices ... but it doesn't look like he played. There are no recorded defensive or special team statistics.
1993: No longer on the roster.
