Sounds like this kid likes us, not as much as he likes USC or Miami, but once he doesn't get offers from them we might be up there on his list.

interview where he says he might camp with us and wants to go to school with Raymond Ford:

So we ended up offering Taiwan Johnson, Danielle Hunter, Butch Pauu, and LaDarrell McNeil.

Preston Dewey committed to Miami today, Deontay Greenberry followed his cousin Tee Shepard to Notre Dame, Dontonio Jordan ended up picking Stanford, DeVante Harris picked Oklahoma, and the others are up for grabs.

Still hoping we take a long look at Tim Wright. Think that kid would play early for us. I have pushing Lawler as well, but now I am not so sure. Think I like WR prospects we have offered over him. The other two guys I hope we take a long look at are Avery Moss and Reshawn Hooker. Moss is going to be very good once he focuses on football full-time and Reshawn Hooker is the best LB in California outside of Scott Starr, Michael Barton, and Aaron Porter IMO.

I also really like that we offered Butch Pauu.

So we have offered a handful of players on the list I posted on page one, but I hope we take another look at Avery Moss. He is up to seven offers now and is getting attention from most of the Pac-12. Very athletic DE prospect that is just scratching the surface right now.

One other kid that has gotten a lot of attention during the Spring Evaluation Period is Ryan McDaniel out of Torrance, CA. Very good two-way athlete who plays with a mean streak.

Just watched McDaniel's highlights. All I can say is: Want. He's right up there with Payne imo. He looks like what we were all hoping AAM would turn into. Huge back with really good feet. Straight line speed isn't great, but it's good enough. Nobody is going to want to arm tackle that guy.
