From 1985-2005 we had 3 losing seasons. With Saturday's loss to Oregon we'll have had 7 straight. Something needs to change we officially have no structure in our program.

Here is what we need to do:

1) Get the new facility updates that were proposed so we are no longer decades behind everyone else.

2) Hire an Offensive guru as HC who can lead our team to a couple consecutive 6-6 seasons so we can make some bowl games and start the road back to relevance. This is what Texas Tech, Baylor, Arizona, Oklahoma State, have all done and so should we.

We have to good of a school and campus to be a horse**** program.

Don't necessarily disagree, just want to point out Tommy Tuberville isn't regarded as an offensive guru, he's more of a defensive guy.
