i posted this before, but the day after CU declared for the Pac at 8 AM there was a "mobile" paper shredder parked outside the the Dal. big truck, with an industrial size shredder in the trailer. like a medium to large size moving truck.

be interesting to see the list of clients for a mobile paper shredding service. located in Denver.

How confident are we of the authenticity? No huge surprises, but pretty interesting. I like his confidence in the new TV contract, as he's trying to pull someone on board with his plan. Ooooooh, not that anybody is gonna have to pay into this plan...hehehehehe...it's just insurance...

how much you wanna bet each of the letters to the individual "members" includes Beebe's assurance that he knows he "represents the other 9 committed members....." etc.

Chipy, thank you so much, honestly, for posting that link. I went to it and found a post about Emory Ballard. I know none of you have any idea who coach Ballard was. I was a kid growing up in San Angelo, Texas. In 1966 San Angelo Central, coached by Coach Ballard, won the 5A State Championship game. It is one of my great football memories. Central was outweighed by about 20 lbs per man on both lines against Galveston Ball, I think. We were called "The Mighty Minis of the Concho." The Concho River cuts through San Angelo. We were at the game, played at the UofT stadium in Austin. Soon after, Coach Ballard left to be an assistant at Texas. He became the offensive coordinator and is credited for developing the Wishbone. According to the article, Coach Ballard, now 82, has been diagnosed with ALS. So sad. I would never have known, probably, if you had not posted that totally unrelated thread. Thanks.

What a huge coincidence (well, mabye "huge" is the wrong word) My nickname in college was "The Mighty Mini of the Coocho". What I lacked in size, I made up for in speed. As I used to say, "it may not be big, but it sure is skinny!"

Anyway, thanks for bringing back those memories.

As I am in a line of work that is often (at least it seems that way) up for Open Records requests, we know very well that anything that started on a computer has a long long life, very difficult to erase totally.

In that light, I work under the pretense that big brother is looking over my shoulder at all times, at my emails -private and business alike, my phone messages and history ... all of it. Sleep easier knowing that there is little that can't be viewed if necessary. Hope whoever was shredding knows the electronic version may still be floating around of whatever was physically removed.

You have never posted so little in a four-hour period as you have today.
That post above could have been broken into five separate posts. Step it up, DBT. It's the little things.
