Well maybe it'll help out both stout defenses, especially in the secondary. Only problem is, neither team can run the damn ball.
Que BP's post.
If it actually affects the game, it helps us, only because their passing game is better than ours and their passing defense is too.
But if UA knows we can't hit the long passes, they're just going to crowd the line and nullify our screen game and smother the run.
bcs just woke up somewhere with a raging boner.
We have a running game? Lol, in all seriousness, Id expect them to do that anyway. Every team we have played has done pretty much that and Cal was the only one that we made pay for it, should have been worse too. CSU doesnt count. I hope Speedy has a big day, he deserves it. 150 rushing, 100 receiving would suit me just fine.
Allsome. This can only help us.
We need to get the wind in the fourth quarter! I hope the coaches are working on the screen pass,
Will Oliver, with a 30 mph wind to his back, will kick a 60 yard field goal late in the 4th quarter to win the game.
Chinook winds don't go north south. They are gonna be blowing across folsom sideline to sideline. It is gonna be insane trying to kick the ball.
Luckily our guys have pretty accurate on kickoffs this year.
Please be safe guys!! be sure to only throw piss balloons and marshmellow filled nails downwind!
Every kick should be going no higher than 10 feet.
So if Oliver just uses his FG stroke he should be fine....
Yup. We won't be seeing castor on kickoffs. NO adjust necessary.
Beat me to it.
Sounds like kicking in this wind might be like using a pitching wedge in those conditions though, so maybe he can kick around the line.
We might get to see the glorious left foot.
Drop it to the right foot, kick it with the left?
Sorry, I didn't see this when I made my wind thread.
