DBT, I'm not going to dispute TABOR being an issue. I hate that law and it does hurt the program. But the bigger issue here is that Dan's coaching tree is very limited.
 
That's what I think the issue is. I'm not sure if he could hire anyone in the country he wouldn't fire these underperforming coaches and just give them extensions.
