The University of Colorado athletic department received a $10 million bridge loan from the campus and the CU System this school year to help cover a $16 million budget shortfall created by switching from the Big 12 Conference to the Pac-12.

Yep already started. I wanted to jump into the fray but decided against it. Would probably start a big pissing match
 
Nothing new here. This was discussed at the time of the move to the Pac-12. Anyone who cared already knew that the university would have to make up an AD budget shortfall this year.
