Love it. This type of thing makes sense for UNLV. Vegas is an event town. This stadium already hosts a bowl game (and it can be pretty crappy outside that time of year). So, even if they never get the Pac invite this stadium will be a profitable venture that benefits the city.
should go ahead and build it 80-90K give the NFL something to think about when it comes to the Super Bowl
Wouldn't matter. NFL has told Vegas numerous times that the perception of a connection to gambling is a deal killer for the NFL to have anything to do with the town. They'll play a game outside the country in a stadium that has betting windows, but being in Vegas is too much bad press.
If Vegas gets a pro team, it will be the NBA.
Not talking about an NFL team, I mean a place to host a superbowl
How about a Final Four in Vegas?
Concept still applies. NFL has said that they will not have anything to do with Vegas because of the gambling angle.
I'm not saying anything untl I read 22% of the feasibility study.
