Colorado hosts No. 9 Arizona at Coors Events Center on Thursday. Tipoff is at 10 p.m. EST and you can see it on Pac-12 Network. The Buffaloes lost to the Wildcats 92-83 on Jan. 3 and are 2-3 against them over the last four years.
Colorado is currently in fifth place in the Pac 12 and Arizona is in first place.
In a 72-68 win over Oregon State on Feb. 10, Spencer Dinwiddie put up 24 points for the Buffaloes. With 14.8 points per game and 2.8 assists per game, he has team-best marks in both categories. For the Wildcats, Mark Lyons put up 16 points and 5 rebounds in the 77-69 loss to California on Feb. 10. With 15.4 points per game and 3 assists per game, he has team-best marks in both categories. - Boulder isn't as congested as Tucson (population is significantly lower).
- Andre Roberson is ranked 5th nationally in rebounds, 36th nationally in steals, and 8th in the Pac 12 in blocks.
- More violent crime happens in Tucson so be careful if you visit (when compared to Boulder -- according to the FBI).
- The Colorado rebounding leader (Andre Roberson, 267 rebounds) has more rebounds than the Arizona rebounding leader (Brandon Ashley, 134 rebounds).
