UT/OU game thread

What a stupid move by Franks trying to field that punt at the last second, but I didn't think the UT guy got in the end zone before fumbling. But now they're saying that UT guy was out of bounds before the fumble.

No, I saw a change of possession play, I forget the exact circumstances, that was unreviewable - that's just ridiculous.

Fumble out of the endzone touchback worst rule in sports?

No, the celebration penalty is the worst in sports. I don't have a problem with the touchback rule.

They ended up saying it was a muff, which can't be advanced. Makes sense.

OU's ST are sucking. Bad mistakes. Correctable ones too.

These are the 2 best teams in the Big 12? Big 12 sucks.

Big 12 does suck, I would rate it in the bottom half of the BCS confrences this year. Only ahead of ACC and Big East.

I love defensive battles, but there is a difference between a defensive battle and inept offenses. Turning the ball over and over and over and not being able to hold on to the ball is terrible. Fundamentals people. A lack of fundamentals by top teams is all on coaching. Nerves are running too high.

Colt looks NOTHING like the QB he did last year. There is no way he's even in the talks for a Heisman. I don't know who is...right now it's looking like a defensive player might have a good chance.

McCoy and Shippley are just a better version of Hawkins and McKnight.

Agreed. Colt is locking on his guy and waiting for him to get open. The only other plays he has to other guys are designed short passes to help against the blitz.
