anybody know if there are local zoning issues restricting how loud a new sound system could be? or how big tv's could be? considering folsom is in boulder, one can never rule that out!

Is Cu restricted by Boulder or can it do what it wishes since its a state university.

CU should tell Boulder to gfto of its business.
 
As a State entity, CU is not subject to any restrictions that the City of Boulder may want to place on it. CU could put in as big and loud a system as they want to. Not that they would.
