Volleyball Ranked 19th, Kritza Previews Postseason

LEXINGTON, Ky. — The University of Colorado volleyball team is ranked 19[SUP]th[/SUP] in this week’s AVCA Division I Coaches Poll.

The Buffs (19-13, 11-9 Pac-12) advanced to their second straight NCAA Tournament and will face Northern Colorado (22-10) on Friday, December 5 at 4:30 p.m. in Fort Collins, Colo. The winner of the match will face the winner of the Denver vs. Colorado State contest on Saturday at 6:30 p.m.

Once again, the Pac-12 Conference has eight teams ranked this week. Top-ranked Stanford is ranked first and Washington is third overall. The other league teams in the poll are Arizona (14[SUP]th[/SUP]), Oregon (16[SUP]th[/SUP]), UCLA (17[SUP]th[/SUP]), Utah (20[SUP]th[/SUP]), and Arizona State (22[SUP]nd[/SUP]). Oregon State and Southern California are receiving votes again this week.
