    That would be 15.. What a surprise.. And there's exactly 15 legislators rumored to be ready to block the Pac 10 from not inviting Baylor.. If we put 2 to 2 together and.......:lol:

    Lt. Gov/Senate President: ARIZONA
    Speaker: Vanderbilt

    Ultimately, those three have the power and none of them are BU guys -- or Baptist. Heck, the Speaker is Jewish. I just don't see how BU really mounts a legit challenge here.

    Wonder if anyone's brought up the Texas Open Meetings Act to either the 15 or to the Gov/Lt. Gov/Speaker?

    For that matter, does anyone have a Cliff's notes version that they can post here? I know nothing about it, and I'm pretty lazy. Seems pretty prohibitive, if these 15 aren't convening in a public forum to narrow down their plans....

    Of course, 15 is not a quorum, so they can sit around the Baylor alumni center and whine all they want.
