I was following this one on Twitter.

We absolutely sucked in the first half, down 33-19 to UC-Irvine after shooting only 29%.

After the half, we quickly closed to 38-34, but then allowed UCI to go on a big run to extend out to 50-38 with 7:45 to play.

We then closed the game on a 23-4 run to win 61-54. Great to get the win, but I really don't know what to make of this team. Obviously there's talent. But was this game a wake-up call or a preview of a team that is streaky and can't maintain focus?

The only reason K-Mac is still employed here is because nobody really cares about womens basketball. They'll probably finish out the year at the bottom of the league - again - but nobody will be screaming for a change in leadership.

Are you kidding? The way things are going, WBB needs to bail out the entire athletic program....
