A Bronco loss would even put the new hire on the backburner.
 
**** no. I've been subjected to so much ****** football lately that I need the Broncos to be successful more than ever.

We need to capitalize on this opportunity, it appears that being in the heat from the spotlight is causing some increased level of commitment to the program from the administration (at least in words, no actions yet), next is to follow that up with actual commitment through a solid HC hire, announcement of facilities, ...

No it won't, they'll just analyze what went wrong and how to fix it the following week.

What we need is a new coach (announced Monday) and then new facilities (announced over Xmas dead period).
 
Nope. A Broncos win does good things. They will eventually pull rank and get the local talking heads back on Donkeyball.
 
I would prefer them announce both at one press conference, and give the coach some fire power to recruit with.
