Are the allegations coming from someone at Utah? Those two schools love to throw each other under the bus.
Probably a Utah St fan pretending to be a Utah fan posing as a BYU fan
So a Southern Utah fan?
...my thoughts exactly.
Wait, did someone have a cup of regular coffee?
Yes, but the LDS church bought out Folgers so it's OK now.
Whew. That was close.
Bag 'Em Young must be applying for membership in the $ec.
Is CU the only school that doesn't cheat? Cuz if we are cheating, we sure suck at that, too.
Yea, CU cheats. CU just sucks at it.
CU does not have an administration or culture that's friendly toward cheating. We also don't have the kinds of donors that would be organized and savvy about buying players. Of course CU cheats. Everyone does. But CU cheats more like an FCS than a BCS school.
It's all over both Salt Lake newspapers. Busby, the director of football since 1996, reportedly gave players reduced and free rent among other benefits. The players tended to be offensive skill players. A 2012 football player graduate reports that it was widely known that the benefits were provided. BYU is investigating itself and Busby 'retired' in March. No word, as per regulations, on an NCAA investigation.
With BYU in deep doo-doo, this will all but guarantee CSU a spot in the expanded BigXII. /sarc
At least it's not anything serious, like a player having premarital sex.
Obviously look at how we handle ourselves here on AB. Organized and savvy are far from the adjectives I would use to describe this place.
