I think he is worth a look. Head coach in the NFL and Offensive coordinator at USC and Cal. He did pretty well with the Raiders and is a well respected offensive mind. Bring in a DC like Dwayne Walker, who will probably be fired from NMSU, could be the start of a good staff.
