What are the recruiting rules from now to LOI day?

They are only allowed one in-person, off-campus contact per week (going to a recruits home) and six total. Of course quiet and dead periods are also spread out in there. CU has to get some exemptions because of the coaching change if Embree already visited a player in his home.
