For the life of me, I have never found out why any recent OC has not come to Boulder and run some kind of option, fast paced spread, or pistol. With our elevation, we need a qb that can run and throw the ball quickly. It should be the goal of the offense to snap the ball every down with no less than 20 sec on the play clock. We wouldn't need a defense and teams wouldn't last till the 4th quarter.

What kind of offense will we run with the new regime?

This would make me so happy. I must be getting old, but I hate all the spread option, 30 receivers, mile wide gaps in the o-line ****.

I really don't care what it is, but it needs to be a consistant hurry up.

You know what else wears a defense down in the 4th Qtr? Running the ball down their ****ing throat! I expect to see this, FACT!

We tried that a couple years ago and failed miserably. Remember?

heh - no. It's an old handle I took on the old DPO (denver post online forums) back in the 90s when Alfred played for the Broncos. If I was the real thing, I'd know more and listen to internet fools less. :smile2:

Alfred has lately been partial to "off the chain". Not exactly sure of the hierarchy <chains : hooks>. Anyone have access to the Big Al Off-ness™ formula?

Well stay with the times. Off the hook is so 2000's. Next decade it will be "off the mark".
